Service Cancellation

Thodmaredrozclix understands that circumstances may change. We have the following cancellation policy for our tree and shrub care services:

Cancellation Before Service

You may cancel a scheduled service appointment:

• More than 48 hours before the scheduled service: No cancellation fee
• Between 24-48 hours before the scheduled service: 25% of the quoted service fee
• Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: 50% of the quoted service fee
• Same-day cancellation or no-show: Full service fee may apply

Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your appointment at no charge if you contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to availability.

Service Satisfaction

Our goal is to provide exceptional tree and shrub care services. If you are not satisfied with our work:

• Please contact us within 7 days of service completion
• We will review your concerns and work with you to address any issues
• We may offer to correct any work that does not meet our standards at no additional charge

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• If service has not yet been performed, you may cancel according to our cancellation policy above
• If service has been completed and you are dissatisfied, we will work with you to resolve the issue
• Partial refunds may be considered if work is incomplete or does not meet agreed specifications
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days

Weather-Related Cancellations

We may need to reschedule services due to adverse weather conditions that make work unsafe or ineffective. In such cases:

• No cancellation fees will apply
• We will contact you to reschedule at a convenient time
• Your deposit or payment will be applied to the rescheduled service

Emergency Services

For emergency tree care services, cancellation policies may differ. Please discuss cancellation terms when scheduling emergency services.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding our services or this policy:

• Contact us directly to discuss your concerns
• We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly
• Documentation and photos may be requested to help resolve disputes

We reserve the right to modify this Return and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
